CALGARY, Alberta, February 15, 2019– viiz communications, announced that effective today, they have acquired all Customer contracts from kgb USA.
viiz had been their underlying Service Provider of Directory Assistance, Operator Services and 0- Emergency for over a year, and now we are serving them directly.
We can now proudly say that effectively every major Telco in the USA and Canada is a viiz customer, in addition to hundreds of small to mid-tier carriers. In addition, we are pleased to welcome Elise Bellick and Jennifer Hinojosa to viiz. Both were long term Account Managers with kgb, and we are thrilled to have them on the viiz team.
This acquisition, in addition to more than 15 others, supports our strategy, “everything voice”, which is built on our long-term commitment and investment to our voice SaaS and BPO product portfolio.
