Call Center Agents

Details: viiz is seeking full and part time Call Center Agents for our 24 hour 7 days per week inbound Contact Center in Calgary, Alberta. Our Agents demonstrate, deliver and achieve the highest level of customer service with integrity, honesty and conviction for customers. Primary responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound calls and assist callers by placing a collect, third party, person to person and or credit card call, or advise on the cost of a call. Some emergency call situations may be presented requiring call connection to Public Safety Answering Point call centers.
- Supply caller with cost of a phone call.
- Facilitate person-to-person calls.
- Answer large volume of calls daily.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Greet callers warmly.
- Obtain information from caller.
- Use computerized alphabetical or geographical directories.
- Provide reports as needed.
- Interpret instructions on customer service procedures.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred. Interested candidates should be able to able to type a minimum of 30 wpm and occasionally operate general office equipment such as, but not limited to, personal computer, telephone. We have several part-time positions available that include daytime, evening and weekends. These positions offer flexibility and prescribed shifts to meet your schedule.
