N11 Routing Services

viiz has developed a service to help customers who are unable to dial or connect directly to N11 numbers (specifically 211, 311, 511, 711 and 811) route to the appropriate destination based on a proprietary N11 routing database prepared and managed by viiz.

  • Database of corresponding 10-digit numbers for each N11 service (State, City or County)
  • 100% Nationwide Coverage with N11 data, audited weekly and refreshed with new N11 numbers
  • Automated routing or Live agent assistance connects customers to the appropriate N11 number
    • API interface allows customers to securely pre-provision subscriber locations in our database
    • Caller location information can also be sent through SIP messaging
