And so it begins. We’re off and running in 2018 and looking forward to the progress and journeys the new year brings. Thanks to you, our customers, our partners, and our staff, 2017 was a year of accomplishments and adventures –
- We experienced significant growth as a business – so much so that we opened new call centers in Calgary, AB and Anniston, AL.
- We expanded our viiz team so we can continue to meet the needs of our customers and provide customized solutions.
- We added US data centers and upgraded our Canadian data centers.
- We migrated to the cloud.
As we look ahead, we’re excited about what we see. We’ll increase staff and capacity in our Anniston call center; we’re actually in the process of hiring and managing a site expansion already. We’ll launch a series of innovative product and service enhancements designed to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Additionally, we'll expand our presence in the telematics, mobility, and emergency services markets.
