The Call Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the Service Representatives within the Call Center to ensure quality services and information is provided to Service Representatives and to ensure optimal business and customer service.

The Call Center Manager develops, implements and monitors standardized processes and business procedures for all Service programs to ensure the provision of timely and accurate information, satisfactory resolution of inquiries and complaints, consistent member experience while meeting performance and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Call Center Manger will develop and monitor goals, indicators, outcome measurements and tracking reports to maintain Call Center compliance.
